BOHIN Half-Long Needles N.8

Assortment of 20 BOHIN half-length sewing needles with a slightly rounded eye for patchwork or tight knitting. The half round needles are ideal for quilting, a technique associated with patchwork. The needle does not have to be long, as the technique is not the same as with a standard stitch: the needle is inserted horizontally into the fabric with very little space between the stitches. They are generally used in 100% cotton patchwork, but can be used in all fabrics by adapting the needle count. They are generally used with quilting thread (stronger than traditional thread). Made in France, in nickel-plated steel, they go through 27 stages of manufacture, which guarantees a perfect point.
