How to know the width of the fabric?
  • This information is indicated in centimeters for each fabric in its product sheet , in the MORE INFORMATION section - Width: 140 cm .
  • The fabric pieces are usually 1.40 meters to 1.50 meters wide (double width).
  • For some fabrics, the width is smaller, such as felt, interfacing, and EVA foam. You can also find widths of 2.8 to 3 meters for some upholstery fabrics.
  • In upholstery fabrics the print usually runs the length of the fabric.
Do you have stock of all items?
  • We continually check that all items on the website are in stock, so we have 99% of them in stock.
  • If we don't have an item in stock, we inform the customer how long it will take to get it back or if it's completely out of stock. A solution is found, always giving the customer the option to cancel the order.
When will we have stock again?
  • You can leave us your information so we can notify you when the product is back in stock. To do so, send us an email with the reference/name of the fabric you're interested in to info@ribescasals.com .
  • We will advise you on similar products if we no longer have that product in stock.

About shipping

Do you ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla?

YES , we ship to the Canary Islands using Correos logistics.

You should know that:

  • You must provide us with your ID or NIF when placing your order.
  • The order is Certified, hand delivery , it can take between 6 to 10 calendar days.
  • Any customs charges are the customer's responsibility and must be paid upon delivery.
  • By registering on our website with a delivery address in the Canary Islands, the prices of the items will be exempt from VAT .
  • The fabrics must be folded into packages or bags. Correos does not accept large volumetric packages (rolls of fabric), so if this option is not available, another delivery logistics would have to be considered, which would require varying shipping costs to be borne by the customer .

What is your exchange and return policy?

Since most of our products are personalized, we do not accept returns except in cases of manufacturing defects. We offer a €60.00 insurance policy prior to production, which allows product modifications due to measurements smaller than those provided. This means that if the selected tablecloth measures 250cm x 250cm, we can reduce its size but never enlarge it.
