DELIVERY METHODS
Free shipping on fabric purchases over €59 (delivery not included) for shipments to the Peninsula, the Balearic Islands, and Portugal!
PENINSULA AND PORTUGAL
Deliveries for orders within the Iberian Peninsula and Portugal, once confirmed and payment is received, will be delivered within 2 to 4 business days. Those choosing Punto Pack delivery will receive delivery within 3 to 5 business days. The 24-hour delivery period begins from the moment the order is placed, provided it is placed within the daily processing time limit of 2:00 PM.
BALEARIC ISLANDS
Deliveries to the Balearic Islands will take 3 to 5 business days, starting from the moment the order is placed, provided it is placed within the daily preparation time limit of 2:00 PM.
ANDORRA, CEUTA, MELILLA AND THE CANARY ISLANDS
Deliveries to Andorra, Ceuta, and Melilla will take 4 to 7 business days. Deliveries to the Canary Islands take 10 business days, although customs delays may apply. The first day will begin from the moment the order is processed, provided it is placed within the daily processing time limit of 2:00 PM.
Shipping and delivery on business days only. Saturdays and Sundays are not included, except upon customer request, for which the corresponding rate will apply.
STOCK
All items are subject to availability. If a product is out of stock, the customer will be notified of the expected delivery time so they can decide whether to wait or receive a refund.
RETURNS
At Ribes y Casals, we are committed to providing quality service, and that's why we have established a returns policy that distinguishes between manipulated (personalized) and non-manipulated products.
- Right of Withdrawal for Non-Manipulated Products
In accordance with current regulations, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, provided that the product has not been manipulated or manufactured. This right applies to:
- Scraps
- Items sold by units
Refund: Ribes y Casals will refund the original product price and shipping costs within 30 days of receiving the return, provided the product is in normal, untampered condition.
Return Costs: Direct return costs will be borne by the customer, except in the case of a defective product or shipping error.
- Return Policy for Customized or Manipulated Products
Products that have been customized or custom-cut to the customer's specifications are not subject to the right of withdrawal, pursuant to Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. This includes:
- Fabrics cut to size
- Products made to measure according to the client's specifications
Good Faith Exception: As a measure of good faith, Ribes y Casals will accept returns of manipulated products, but the customer must assume the shipping costs, both initial and return.
- Procedure for Processing a Refund
To process the return of an order, the customer must fill out the returns form and send it to info@ribescasals.com Prior notification is essential, and returns with postage due are not accepted.
Refund : Ribes y Casals undertakes to issue the corresponding refund within a maximum of 30 days from receipt of the return. The refund will be made by bank transfer to the account indicated by the customer or to the credit card used for the purchase.

PRODUCT WARRANTY
All our products are guaranteed in accordance with current legislation. If you receive a defective product, you are entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction, or termination of the contract, all of which will be free of charge. Ribescasals.com will be responsible for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery of the product.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In compliance with current regulations, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without providing any reason, except for personalized and custom-cut products. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision through an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax, or email).

ORDERS
Minimum orders will be 10 euros plus shipping costs, and fabrics will be sold starting at a minimum of 50 centimeters (half a meter) in 5-centimeter increments, except for Felt fabrics, EVA Foam, and Glitter EVA Foam, for which the minimum quantity is 1 meter.
