BOHIN Half-Long Needles N.9

Pack of 20 BOHIN medium long sewing needles with a slightly rounded eye for patchwork or tight knitting. Half round needles are ideal for quilting, a technique associated with patchwork. The needle does not have to be long, as the technique is not the same as with a standard stitch: the needle is inserted horizontally into the fabric with very little space between the stitches. They are generally used in 100% cotton patchwork, but can be used in all fabrics by adapting the needle count. They are usually used with quilting thread (stronger than traditional thread). Made in France, in nickel-plated steel, they go through 27 stages of manufacture, which guarantees a perfect point. The numbering corresponds to the size of each needle, N.1 being the longest and thickest and N.12 the shortest and thinnest of the series. Package contents:20 medium long needles N°9
