Retal Plana Polyester White - Various Sizes x width 150 cm

Fabric scraps of flat polyester fabric in white color, available in various sizes with a width of 150cm.

100% polyester flat fabric in white color. Synthetic fabric in 150cm width that does not wrinkle, in a wide assortment of colors and very versatile. Strong, drapey, medium thickness, opaque and soft to the touch.

This fabric is pleasant to work with, smooth in appearance, with a fine mesh that is not very noticeable and easy to maintain.

Known in our stores as Plana Stretch or Burlington. It is a basic fabric, very easy to sew and very adaptable.

It is used in sewing for all types of garments, especially for work uniforms, for its comfort and resistance.

It yields slightly to the width of the fabric adapting to the shapes and movement of the tightest garments, but it is not an elastic fabric. This is due to the type of twisted yarn used in the manufacture of the fabric. If you stretch a thread you can observe this torsion and that when you take it between your hands and stretch it, the thread yields slightly returning to its original shape without offering the same resistance as a simple thread.

Due to its characteristics it is also used to cover and decorate surfaces such as walls, tables and stands at fairs and events.
