Botanical Meadow Printed Poplin

The Botanical Meadow printed poplin fabric is a 100% cotton fabric featuring a delicate design of small plant motifs, leaves and tiny flowers set against a light background. Its combination of soft greens with subtle reddish, ochre and natural tones creates a delicate, cool and timeless botanical print, which is very easy to incorporate into all kinds of sewing projects.

Cotton poplin is a fine-wefted fabric with a plain surface, notable for being lightweight, cool, breathable and pleasant to the touch. At the same time, it offers good stability and is easy to cut and sew, making it an excellent choice both for those new to sewing and for more elaborate sewing projects.

With a width of 150 cm, this printed cotton fabric is ideal for making up shirts, blouses, dresses, skirts, children’s clothing and spring-summer garments, as well as accessories and numerous creative sewing projects.

Thanks to the small size and even distribution of its motifs, the printed design is particularly versatile for pattern cutting and allows you to make the most of the fabric. Sewing tip: we recommend pre-washing the cotton fabric before cutting, as the cotton fabric may experience light shrinkage during the first wash. When sewing poplin, use a fine universal needle 70/10 or 80/12 and good-quality polyester or cotton thread to achieve clean, even seams.
