Our Swiss Dot Cotton Batiste in 100% cotton in Blue is a lightweight, fresh fabric with a romantic air, perfect for elegant and timeless creations. It features small embroidered dots (plumeti) spaced 1.3 cm apart, in the same blue tone, providing a subtle and harmonious effect. With a weight of 107 g/m², it offers a light drape and a soft touch on the skin, ideal for shirts, blouses, dresses, skirts, children’s clothing, layettes, baby garments, occasion wear and light decoration. For sewing, we recommend using fine needles (60/8 – 70/10) and delicate finishes such as French seams or narrow overlocking. It can be combined with lightweight linings such as plain batiste or cotton voile to add opacity without losing freshness. Its blue tone conveys serenity and versatility, perfect for summer garments, children’s fashion and decorative projects with a delicate style.
