White Etamin Sheer

The white Etamin net curtain is a lightweight, elegant and versatile fabric, perfect for making curtains with a perfect drape and for home textile décor. Its translucent finish and delicate open weave allow natural light to pass through, creating bright, fresh and cosy spaces.

Made from 100% polyester, this net curtain offers a fluid and elegant drape, as well as being easy to care for and practical for everyday use. Its extra width of 320 cm allows for wide curtains with fewer seams and a more uniform finish.

The fabric features a lead tape hem on one of the selvedges, providing weight and a more attractive drape, ready to be used directly as the bottom hem of the net curtain.

The etamine-style fabric features a fine, open weave with low opacity, ideal for filtering light whilst maintaining privacy during the day when the net curtain is made with gathers or pleats.

Thanks to its polyester composition, it is a durable and functional fabric: it does not shrink and can be easily machine washed at 30°C with a gentle spin cycle.

Suggested uses: net curtains, perfect wave curtains, Japanese panels, gathered curtains, home furnishings and interior decoration.

Sewing tip: use a fine universal needle 70/10 and iron at a low temperature to preserve the fabric’s softness and natural drape.
