The satin spandex charmeuse in black is a sophisticated and versatile satin fabric, ideal for elegant garments with a silky finish. Your intense shine, soft touch and fluid fall, combined with its slight elasticity (97% polyester and 3% spandex), make this fabric perfect for making nightwear, lingerie or formal wear.
with 150cm wide and a weight of 105 g/m², this fabric is ideal for creating satin blouses, slip dresses, skirts, draped tops and linings with a touch of luxury. The classic, deep black highlights the silhouette and brings timeless elegance to any design.
Sewing tip:
Sew with a microtex needle (no. 70) and a Teflon or roller presser foot to avoid marks. Use a very fine elastic or zigzag stitch to preserve its elasticity without deforming the fabric.
