BOHIN Darning Needles N.3/9

Assortment of 12 Bohin knitting needles. The darning needles have a sharp point and a wide eye to accommodate wool yarns. They are ideal for all types of darning work on medium to heavy fabrics such as velvet, wool, brocade, cloth, denim, linen, twill or crepe.

Darning consists of making a hole disappear by intersecting threads, which will occupy the surface when the fabric is re-meshed.

These darning needles have a longer eye that will make it easier to pass the darning thread (thicker). They are ideal for darning wool and cotton.

Manufactured in France, in nickel-plated steel, they go through 27 manufacturing steps, which guarantees an incomparable glide and an impeccable point.

The numbering corresponds to the size of each needle, with #3/0 being the longest and thickest and #11 the shortest and thinnest in the series.
