The burgundy Wild Garden Cotton Poplin Fabric is a delicate 100% cotton fabric featuring a floral print full of colour and charm. Against an elegant burgundy background, a multitude of small flowers and leaves in shades of pink, mauve, lilac, terracotta, ochre and soft greenish touches are scattered across the fabric, creating a floral design rich in nuances and inspired by romance.

The design is created using digital printing, a technique that allows for great definition in the fine details and a beautiful variety of shades. Its 100% cotton composition provides a pleasant, natural handle, whilst its weight (gsm) of 110 offers the characteristic lightness of poplin and a highly versatile structure for making up garments.

Sewing tip: as this is a 100% cotton fabric, we recommend washing the fabric before cutting to allow for the cotton’s natural shrinkage. To sew poplin, you can use a fine universal needle in 70/10 or 80/12 and good-quality thread.
