Black Polyester Fabric

Versatile and durable synthetic fabric with a 150 cm width, featuring a smooth texture, medium weight, and a soft, opaque finish. This wrinkle-resistant fabric is easy to work with, available in a wide range of colours, and requires minimal maintenance. It has a fine, barely perceptible weave that enhances its refined look.

Known in our stores as Plana Stretch or Burlington, this is a classic, easy-to-sew fabric with excellent adaptability. It is widely used in garment making, particularly for work uniforms, thanks to its comfort, durability, and professional appearance.

While it offers slight widthwise give, allowing for a better fit and movement in structured garments, it is not a stretch fabric. This characteristic is due to the twisted yarns used in its production. If you pull a single thread, you will notice the twist, which allows it to stretch slightly and then return to its original shape without the elasticity of a standard stretch fabric.

Thanks to its practical qualities, this fabric is also ideal for covering and decorating surfaces, such as walls, tables, and exhibition stands at fairs and events.
