Guide to measuring your curtain
How to calculate the width?
-
If you already have a rail or bar installed:
-
Rail: Measures the total width of the rail.
-
Bar: Measure only the bar, not including the trim.
Cases according to the type of window:
-
With space on both sides: Measure the width of the window and add 15 cm to the left and 15 cm to the right.

-
With space on one side only: measure the width of the window and add an additional 15 cm on the free side

-
Between walls: Measure the space between the two walls and subtract 1 cm in total (0.5 cm on each side).

How to calculate the height?
The length will depend on whether the curtain is fitted with a rail or a rod , and also on the chosen construction.
With rail
-
Perfect wave making:

-
3.5cm for standard rail without cord.
-
6 cm for decorative rail.
-
-
If you already have the track, measure from the bottom of it to the point where you want the curtain to end.
-
If you don't have a track yet, measure from ceiling to floor and subtract:
Remember that the fabric may give slightly in the first few days.
For this type of construction, a 15 cm deep gap is required, since the wave protrudes about 7 cm on each side.
-
Made in boards, gathered or three folds:

Measure from the top of the track to the end point of the curtain.
If you want it to reach the floor, subtract 2 cm to prevent it from dragging (the fabric may give a little).
With bar
-
Made in boards, gathered or three folds:

Measure from the top of the bar to the desired length.
If it reaches the ground, subtract 2 cm so that it does not drag. -
Making with buttonholes or loops:

Measure from the top of the rod to the end point of the curtain.
Important: Leave at least 5 cm between the bar and the ceiling for the eyelets.
The fabric may also give a little at first.
