Beige Floral Devoré on Grey Chiffon

The beige floral devoré fabric on grey chiffon is an elegant, lightweight fabric that combines a fine, semi-sheer grey base with large floral motifs in a velvety beige texture. Devoré is a textile technique that allows patterns to be created by selectively removing some of the fibres from a fabric composed of different materials. The composition of this fabric is 80% viscose and 20% nylon. It stands out for its lightness, pleasant handle and beautiful drape. Its chiffon base provides fluidity and transparency, whilst the velvety floral motifs lend body and visual richness.

Sewing tip: as this is a fine and delicate fabric, we recommend using a Microtex 60/8 or 70/10 needle and sewing with a fine stitch. For garments such as dresses or skirts, you can combine it with a lining fabric that further highlights the devoré pattern and its transparent effect.
