Double Brown Stretch Fabric

The brown double-faced fabric is a plain-woven fabric with weight, drape and stretch across the width, particularly suitable for making up flowing, comfortable fashion garments with an elegant finish.

Its composition of 64% polyester, 32% rayon and 4% elastane combines the strength and stability of polyester with the pleasant handle and drape of rayon, whilst elastane provides stretch and comfort, allowing for greater freedom of movement.

The brown colour lends warmth and a natural, sophisticated style, making it a highly versatile shade for creating wardrobe staples and pairing with neutral colours, unbleached beige, beige or earthy tones. Its double-faced fabric provides body and a beautiful drape, ideal for designs seeking fluidity without losing presence.

With a width of 150 cm, it is a highly versatile fabric for loose-fitting sewing patterns, garments with movement and slightly shaped designs that make the most of its crosswise stretch.

Suggested uses: fluid trousers, dresses, skirts, jumpsuits, lightweight blazers, two-piece outfits and drapey fashion garments.

Sewing tip: place the sewing patterns along the grain, bearing in mind that the stretch runs across the width. We recommend testing your stitch, tension and ironing on a small remnant of fabric first.
