Its special width of 280 cm makes it easy to make up large-format pieces, whilst its weight (gsm) of 295 provides body and consistency for interior design and upholstery projects.

Particularly suitable for upholstering sofas, armchairs, lounge chairs and chairs, it offers excellent durability against wear and tear thanks to its 90,000 Martindale cycles. Its high abrasion-resistance, good dimensional stability and colour fastness make it ideal for upholstery and décor in high-traffic areas, combining aesthetics, durability and easy maintenance.

Suggested uses: upholstery for sofas, armchairs, chairs, benches, headboards, decorative cushions, curtains, blinds and home textile accessories. Its tartan pattern is particularly attractive for creating cosy interiors in an English, classic, rustic or mountain style. It pairs particularly well with plain fabrics in shades of navy blue, beige, grey, maroon and unbleached ecru, as well as with natural wood furniture and traditional finishes.

Sewing and upholstery tip: use a needle for thick fabrics of 90/14 or 100/16 and durable polyester thread. As this is a checked pattern, it is essential to align the horizontal and vertical lines and match the pattern correctly when joining the pieces, particularly on backrests, seats and cushions. We recommend allowing for an extra margin of fabric to maintain the continuity of the checks and achieve a balanced, professional finish.Washing and care: machine wash at a maximum temperature of 60 °C. Do not use bleach or whitening agents. Dry in the shade, avoiding direct exposure to sunlight. Do not iron, but soft ironing at a low temperature is permitted. To preserve the printed design, it is recommended to wash on the reverse.
