Very nice and high quality black tropical printed crepe fabric, ideal for dresses, skirts and pants. Winter crepe is a fluid and drapey fabric, with more body than the classic polyester crepe. It also contains a low percentage of elastane, making it more comfortable to wear. It does not fray, which makes it much easier to handle.
