Double Stretch Fabric, Natural White

The Double-Faced Fabric in natural white is a plain-weave fabric with weight, drape and widthwise stretch, particularly suitable for making up flowing, comfortable fashion garments with an elegant finish.

Its composition of 64% polyester, 32% rayon and 4% elastane combines the strength and stability of polyester with the pleasant handle and drape of rayon, whilst elastane provides the necessary stretch to create more comfortable garments with greater freedom of movement.

The natural white colour offers a soft and versatile look, perfect for creating timeless garments that are easy to coordinate. Thanks to its double-faced fabric structure and good drape, it is particularly well-suited to designs seeking fluidity without compromising the fabric’s body.

With a width of 150 cm, it is an excellent choice for both loose-fitting garments and slightly shaped sewing patterns that make the most of its crosswise stretch.

Suggested uses: fluid trousers, dresses, skirts, jumpsuits, lightweight blazers, two-piece outfits and other fashionable drapey garments.

Sewing tip: to make the most of its stretch, lay out the sewing pattern correctly, taking into account the direction of the grain and the stretch across the width. We recommend carrying out a preliminary stitch and tension test on a remnant of fabric before starting to make up.
