Fabric Samples

Would you like to see and feel a fabric before placing your order? At Ribes & Casals, you can request fabric samples to check the colour, texture, feel and appearance of a material before choosing the right fabric for your project.

To request fabric samples online, you must be registered as a customer at RIBESCASALS.com and send your request by email to info@ribescasals.com, including your registered email address, the fabric name and its reference number, which can be found on each product page.

Each fabric swatch measures approximately 9 x 7 cm and you can request a maximum of 5 fabric samples. Delivery costs €2.95. Once the availability of your requested samples has been checked, you will receive a payment request for the delivery charge by email.

Samples are delivered by a logistics company within approximately 48 to 72 working hours from payment of the delivery charge. If you are placing a fabric order, you can also request samples to be included in the same delivery: simply enter the fabric name and reference number in the comments box during checkout.

Important: samples are not available for sale items or products with low stock. If stock is too limited, we will let you know. Receiving a sample does not guarantee that the fabric will still be in stock when you place a future order.

Tip: requesting a fabric sample is particularly useful when you want to check the exact colour, texture and feel before ordering several metres for dressmaking, home décor, upholstery or other sewing projects.
