The Multicoloured Ethnic Print Ikat Cotton Canvas is a decorative fabric with great character, featuring an original design of diamonds and geometric motifs inspired by ikat. Its elongated shapes and slightly blurred outlines combine shades of turquoise green, terracotta, grey, beige and blue against a light background, creating a dynamic and balanced composition, perfect for ethnic, bohemian or contemporary interiors.

Its 395 gsm Gobelin-style fabric offers body, durability and a consistent texture – qualities that make it an excellent choice for upholstery and home décor. The combination of natural colours with more vibrant hues allows you to create original decorative pieces that are easy to pair with plain fabrics in unbleached, earth tones, greens or greys.

Thanks to its extra width of 280 cm, it allows for large-scale decorative projects, making better use of the fabric and reducing the need for joins and sewing. It is particularly practical for making up decorative curtains, bedspreads, covers and upholstery pieces.

Its composition of 65% cotton and 35% polyester combines the pleasant look of cotton fabric with the strength and stability provided by polyester, resulting in a practical and durable cotton canvas.

Sewing tip: due to its weight of 395 gsm, we recommend using a needle for thick fabrics or denim, size 90/14 or 100/16. For upholstery and accessories subject to heavy use, it is advisable to use durable polyester thread. When cutting out the pieces, pay attention to the layout of the geometric patterns to achieve a balanced finish and maintain the continuity of the printed design.
