Heavy Scuba White Neoprene Knit

The white Heavy Scuba knit fabric, also known as neoprene knit, is a thick knitted fabric that has great body and a structured drape that resembles neoprene, although it is not technical neoprene. Its opaque finish, very soft feel and lightweight stretch make it an excellent choice for creating garments with volume, defined lines and a high-quality finish.

Made from 92% polyester and 8% spandex, it offers an excellent combination of durability, comfort and stretch. With a weight of 300 g/m² and a width of 160 cm, it retains the shape of garments perfectly whilst ensuring comfort during wear.

The plain white colour brings brightness, elegance and a timeless style, making it perfect for both minimalist garments and formal wear, casual fashion or mid-season collections.

Suggested uses: dresses, jackets, skirts, trousers, sweatshirts, outfits, lightweight blazers, structured tops and voluminous fashion garments.

Sewing tip: use a ball-point needle 75/11 or 80/12, sew with a stretch stitch or overlock stitch, and iron at a low temperature, using a protective cloth to preserve the fabric’s finish.
