Jacquard with Mallow Petal and Gold Pattern

The jacquard ‘Petals’ fabric in Mauve and Gold stands out for its elegant design featuring large organic shapes inspired by petals, combining different textile effects in a sophisticated range of mauve, dusty pink, taupe and gold. The Lurex yarns create metallic areas that catch the light and contrast with the softer, satin-finish finishes of the pattern.

The Petals design plays with changes in weave structure, sheen and subtle variations in texture with lightweight raised texture, adding depth and visual richness without appearing overly bulky. Sewing tip: due to the fabric’s varied textures and weaves, we recommend using a fine universal needle or Microtex and testing on a remnant of fabric first. Iron preferably on reverse and at a low temperature, avoiding excessive pressure to protect the Lurex and preserve the subtle textural effects.
