80% Linen and 20% Polyester, Dark Navy Blue

The fabric, made from 80% linen and 20% polyester in a dark navy blue colour, combines the beauty and freshness of natural linen with the strength and stability provided by polyester. Its elegant navy blue shade is a timeless classic, perfect for clothing and interior design with a sophisticated and natural style.

With a weight of 175 g/m² and a width of 150 cm, this fabric features an open weave with the characteristic grain of linen, offering an authentic, high-quality appearance. Its soft feel, firm body and slight translucency when held up to the light provide an elegant drape whilst maintaining excellent structure.

Thanks to its composition, this fabric offers greater stability and is less prone to creasing than 100% linen, making it ideal for making dresses, blouses, shirts, trousers, skirts, lightweight jackets, jumpsuits and summer garments. It is also an excellent choice for home décor projects such as curtains with a natural drape, cushions, tablecloths and other home textiles.

Sewing tip: use a universal needle 80/12 or 90/14 and good-quality polyester thread. We recommend washing the fabric before cutting it to prevent any natural shrinkage of the linen, and steam ironing at a medium-high temperature to achieve a flawless finish.
