Pink Rasete Foam-Backed Fabric

The pale pink foam-backed rasete fabric is a rasete-based fabric with a layer of 3 mm thick foam, particularly suitable for projects requiring body, volume and the ability to create shapes and structures. Its pale pink colour, soft and delicate, makes it highly versatile for creative sewing, decoration, fancy dress and all kinds of craft projects.

Made from 100% polyester and with a weight of 190 gsm, it is characterised by being a fabric with plenty of body – stiff yet pliable – allowing it to be easily shaped and used to create voluminous pieces that retain their structure.

Thanks to its foam-backed fabric, it is a particularly practical material for creating three-dimensional shapes and voluminous elements. Furthermore, it is easy to cut and handle, can be sewn by machine or by hand and is suitable for use with adhesives, offering numerous possibilities for creative projects and DIY work.

Working tip: use sharp scissors or a craft knife to achieve clean cuts. When sewing, we recommend testing on a remnant first and using a slightly longer stitch length than usual. If you are going to use adhesives, check beforehand that they are compatible with the foam to avoid damaging the surface.
