Sewing tip: When making up garments with this printed corduroy, use a universal needle or stretch needle in thickness 80/12 or 90/14, depending on the number of layers, and carry out a test seam before you start. It is important to cut all pieces following the same direction of the corduroy pile to avoid differences in shade and texture. Use a slightly stretchy stitch where the garment requires it and iron preferably on the reverse side, at a low temperature and using a protective cloth, so as not to flatten the fabric’s texture.
