Purple Wool Tweed

Composed of 50% wool, 30% viscose fabric and 20% polyester, it combines the warmth and characteristic look of wool with the softness of viscose fabric and the durability provided by polyester. It has a width of 145 cm, perfect for all kinds of sewing projects.

One of its most distinctive features is its soft, velvety handle on one side, which feels lovely to the touch and gives garments a refined finish. It is an excellent choice for autumn and winter fashion projects that prioritise comfort, texture and elegance.

Suggested uses: jackets, blazers, coats, capes, skirts, dresses, trousers and fashion accessories.

Sewing tip: use a universal needle with a thickness of 80/12 or 90/14 depending on the number of layers. To preserve the velvety finish, iron on the reverse side, at a temperature suitable for wool fabrics and without applying too much pressure.
