Red Iris Organza

The Iris Organza in red is a transparent, lightweight fabric with an attractive pearlescent effect that produces luminous reflections within the red spectrum. Its transparency and the way light falls on it mean that the colour displays different shades and intensities, creating a vibrant, luminous and very special finish.

Made up from 100% polyester and with a width of 150 cm, this is a fine, transparent organza with a full-bodied feel, ideal for projects where you want to play with volume, light and layering.

Its intense red hue is particularly eye-catching for Carnival, fancy dress, accessories and decorations. It is also an excellent choice to make up bows, ruffles, capes and all kinds of decorative details. Thanks to its transparency, it can be layered over other fabrics to create different depths of colour and original visual effects.

Sewing tip: use a fine 70/10 needle and polyester thread. As this is a fine, transparent fabric, we recommend carrying out a test stitch first and taking particular care with the finish of the sewing.
