Red Polyester Knit Lining Remnant - Various sizes x 150cm wide

Red anti-static polyester lining fabric. Circular knit fabric with a practical width of 150 cm. 100% polyester synthetic knit, resistant to rubbing and pulling, with excellent colour fastness to washing, light, sweat, rubbing and water.

Very easy to care for and sew; machine washable at 30°C and suitable for gentle ironing, although this is not necessary as it is wrinkle-free. The fabric has an anti-static treatment and does not snag when rubbing against tights or other garments. It is a soft knit with good drape; it hangs loosely and does not cling to the figure.

It is very comfortable and soft to the touch, with a silky, slightly satiny feel. It is lightweight and sheers against the light, making it perfect as a lining for fabrics of varying thicknesses. It is the ideal complement to knits, gauze, georgette, crepe, bambula, etc., adding opacity, body and a perfect finish to your project.

Our sewing tip: As this is a circular knit, it stretches widthways but not lengthways, and is prone to running in one direction if stretched before sewing.

This is resolved once the seam is secured during garment construction. Environmental information: this knit fabric is OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified.
