Flat Polyester Remnant – Intense Coral – Various sizes x 150 cm width

100% polyester plain fabric in Orange Coral. A crease-resistant synthetic fabric, with a width of 150 cm, available in a wide range of colours and highly versatile. A durable, drapey, medium-weight fabric that is opaque and soft to the touch.

This fabric is pleasant to work with, has a plain appearance, a barely noticeable fine mesh fabric and is easy to care for.

Known in our shops as Plana Stretch or Burlington. It is a basic fabric, very easy to sew and highly adaptable.

It is used in sewing for all kinds of garments, particularly work uniforms, due to its comfort and durability.

It gives slightly across the fabric width, adapting to the shape and movement of more form-fitting garments, but it is not a stretch fabric. This is due to the type of twisted yarn used in the fabric’s manufacture. If you stretch a yarn, you will be able to see this twist and notice that, when you hold it between your hands and pull it, the yarn gives slightly, returning to its original shape without offering the same durability as a single yarn.

Due to its characteristics, it is also used to cover and decorate surfaces such as walls, tables and stands at trade fairs and events.
