Kimyapsan J-90 500 ml Spray Adhesive for Car Headliner Upholstery

The Kimyapsan J-90 500 ml spray adhesive has been specially designed for automotive upholstery work, making it the ideal solution for bonding car headliner fabric, laminated foam, carpet and other vehicle interior trim.

Its high heat-resistant formula (up to 90 °C) prevents the fabric from peeling off due to the high temperatures reached inside the car during the summer, providing a strong, durable and high-quality bond.

Thanks to its even spray pattern and its adjustable flow nozzle, it allows the adhesive to be applied quickly and evenly, achieving a clean finish for both repairs and complete upholstery jobs.

As well as headlining, it is also suitable for bonding foam, carpet, felt, leather, imitation leather, fabrics, wood, metal and certain plastics, making it a highly versatile adhesive for the automotive and upholstery sectors.

Ideal for: repairing sagging headliners, fitting car headliner fabric, upholstering door panels, pillars, boot liners, rear trays and other interior vehicle trim.

Instructions for use: spray onto both clean, dry surfaces from a distance of 10 to 20 cm. Wait between 3 and 10 minutes until the adhesive reaches tack, then join the surfaces together, applying even pressure.

Professional tip: for best results when fitting new car headliner upholstery, apply an even coat to the foam and the substrate, allowing sufficient time for the adhesive to flash off before bonding.
