White Foil Snake Elastane

The white Snake foil elastane fabric is a stretch fabric that stands out for its unique snakeskin-effect embossing and its spectacular shiny iridescent finish. The composition of this fabric is 80% nylon and 20% elastane (spandex), which offers excellent stretch, softness and a close fit, providing comfort and freedom of movement. Its width of 150 cm and weight (gsm) of 200 make it an ideal choice for making up form-fitting garments and performance wear.

Sewing tip: use a 75/11 stretch needle and a stretch stitch or overlock stitch to preserve the fabric’s stretch. Cut the pieces whilst maintaining the same orientation of the scale pattern to achieve a uniform finish. Sew on the reverse side where possible and avoid direct contact between the iron and the foil to protect its iridescent sheen.
